Gtechniq was founded by quantum physicist in 2001, out of a total dissatisfaction with the performance of paint protection products at the time. Everything from waxes, to new-fangled polymers and PTFE.
Worse still, he found that most of the products actually performed poorer than the paints they were supposed to protect. From this discontent came a simple idea, ‘To engineer the world’s most beautiful, perfectly finished, smartest and most intelligent surfaces.
After Care
PPF and Ceramic Coating is not bulletproof, you have to wash it, you have to maintain it and it would be better put some sort of topper on it to keep it looking good and keep it performing well. Tar and iron deposits you have no control over, that’s just going to happen when you are driving your vehicle but that will inhibit hydrophobic as well.
Some may think the coating is supposed to protect against chemical damages, again the coating is not bulletproof, nature is stronger than the coating, that is just a fact so if your vehicle is sitting out and it’s getting bird bombs, sap and all that stuff on it. It’s going to eat through anything. If you get it early enough, yes it can protect it, you can simply remove it gently and safely. A car that is exposed to the elements all the time and it’s going to get heavy defects if you are not taking care of right away.
Regular washing your vehicle is the best way to keep it in great shape. But in order to achieve the best possible shine it, it’s important to invest in the best car care products to get the job done. Our Working Process
1. Consultation
We listen to your needs and discuss options for your vehicle.
2. Prepare
Once we wash the car, we check over your vehicle carefully, and inform you of any damage we find.
3. Installation
This is when we apply our high end film or tints on your vehicle.
4. Inspection
We meticulous check over our work, and make sure there are as little stretch and glue marks, or dust under the film as possible.
They’ve exceeded my expectations of the final result, were very easy to deal with throughout the process, and have given plenty of advice along the way to help with both the decision making, and subsequent care of the car. Also feel very supported with them letting me know I can easily get in touch about issues, and confident if anything comes up they’ll sort it out.
Hoping this car will be with me for a long time, but would definitely go back again in the future if I needed any similar work done.
